Experienced customs professionals take care of your customs forms
Verkooijen has its own customs department, a team of experienced professionals who manage all customs forms and and take care of all import- and export-related services for our customers.
We draft tailor-made import, export, and storage documentation for each customer. Because plastics is our core business, our people spend part of every day keeping abreast of customs legislation on plastics and related materials. Close collaboration with Customs is a must, and at Verkooijen, a given.
Import: ( PLDA: IMA )
Verkooijen takes care of your incoming plastics shipment from A to Z. We make sure all local fees are paid, clear your goods through customs (including taxes), store your cargo, and even deliver it right to the desired doorstep.
Goods in transit delivered to our warehouse are cleared using local clearance procedures or storage documents.
Export: ( PLDA: EXA – EUA NCTS: T1 )
Goods stored in our warehouses that have a destination outside the EU are professionally cleared for removal or provided with a transit document that accompanies them to their final destination.
Storage: ( PLDA: IMJ – IMK )
Verkooijen is certified as a type E bonded warehouse. Our team keeps your records accurate and complete and regularly informs you, at the frequency you desire, about important developments in the customs world and logistics legislation.
Extra warehouse capacity of 11.000m²
Recently we increased our warehouse capacity to a total of 80.000m2.
Due to a ongoing demand for more storage we decided to open a second location in Meer, next to the E19 motorway.
